Do you shoot other special Events?

Yes. We photograph family reunions, ski racing, bike races, and much more. Call our "memory specialists" to see how we can help you preserve your special event.

Can I scan my ordered print?

Legally, no. Please don't steal our work, it drives prices up industry wide.

Can I get 2 different images as for my 5x7 package?

Yes, Click on one of the images that you want to order. Proceed to the check-out. In the "Special Instructions" category of the order form, please note the image id # of the second image that you would like.

Do you sell sizes other than 5x7 and 8x10?

Yes, Please call for details and pricing for 3.5x5, 4x6 and other custom sizes.

What print process do you use?

We use several different print methods depending on the task. We use archival inks, and time tested processes to produce the finest prints available.

When can I expect my order?

We print and ship most orders in 72 hours. Regular shipping via USPS takes 7-10 days. Most regular shipping orders arrive at their destination in less than 2 weeks.

What are the additional fees added to my order?

A.H.R.A., a division of Colorado State Parks adds 5% to all purchases. This includes shipping.
In-state Colorado tax is 6.9%. Out of state orders are not taxed.

Where are your photographers located?

We shoot daily in Pine Creek, the Numbers, Narrows, Milk Run, and Browns Canyon. All of these are located within 20 miles of Buena Vista CO.

What are the file sizes of digital images?

File sizes vary depending on lighting and other factors. Generally file sizes are sufficient for prints up to 20"x30". Most of our images are 750k - 1.5 megs.

Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds on opened mail orders. Please see our return/refund page for specifics or call.
